Graeme Hiscock - Managing Director

Graeme established Hiscock Insurance Brokers in 1979 and has never looked back. With 30 years’ of insurance brokering experience and numerous industry qualifications, he is passionate about ensuring clients are well looked after every time they come to Hiscock Insurance Brokers. Graeme loves the challenge of designing and formulating complex insurance and risk management programs and has an insatiable appetite for golf.

David Rausa - Financial Planner and Authorised Representative of Financial Services Partners Pty Ltd

David has 5 years experience in financial services incorporating corporate and personal superannuation and insurance, retirement planning and investments. David assists clients to meet their objectives in wealth creation, wealth management, insurance and asset protection. He joined the company in 2010 and values most the team's professionalism and unwavering commitment to its clients.

Elena Gorbonos - CPA Management Accountant and Compliance Officer

Elena has been with Hiscock Insurance Brokers for 4 years and has been in the insurance industry for 6. She views the dedication and enthusiasm of the people she works with as a highlight of her time with the company and thrives on the challenge of her work. Elena is glad of the opportunity to learn and grow at Hiscock Insurance Brokers and practises Karate for fun.

Kirsty Ingram - Assistant Broker

Kirsty has a wide experience in the insurance industry and worked for several large firms before moving to Hiscock Insurance Brokers 3 years ago. She enjoys working in the supportive environment the company offers and is enthusiastic about working for a business that puts the needs of its customers first. Kirsty loves to spend time with her son and is interested in Motorsport.

Max Shetty - Account Executive

With several qualifications and over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, Max has a lot of expertise to offer the team. He is passionate about delivering high quality service to clients and appreciates the recognition this generates. Max loves the team spirit at Hiscock Insurance Brokers and is into sport and music.

Geoff Chan - Account Executive

With a background in hospitality and tourism, and experience in specialty insurance areas, Geoff brings another arm of expertise to the Hiscock Insurance Brokers team. He likes working in such a tight-knit team and appreciates the rapport and support that is shared there. Along with striving to maintain the highest possible service standard in his work, Geoff enjoys AFL and spending time with his family.

Michael Bohan - Professional Indemnity Insurance Program Manager

With 35 years’ experience in the insurance industry, Michael is a valuable asset to the Hiscock Insurance Brokers team. He has been with the company for 8 years and specialises in Professional Indemnity insurance for Accountants. Michael enjoys working with Hiscock Insurance Brokers clients and is proud of the loyal membership base the company has. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and is interested in sport.

Richard Noble - Team Leader Account Executive of SME Business and Retail Broking

Richard has been with Hiscock Insurance Brokers since 2006 and has prior experience of some 20 years in the UK insurance industry. He enjoys the strong sense of professionalism that is maintained in the team as well as the great rapport. Richard likes working at a company where high standards are recognised. For fun, he plays squash and the drums for a local band.

Alan Limpyer - Corporate Broker

Alan has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years and has reached many heights over the course of his career. He joined Hiscock Insurance Brokers in 1998 and since then has specialised in large fleets, vehicle manufacturers and financial institutions. Alan always enjoys looking after complex accounts that require expertise and has many hobbies including building furniture, running and gardening.

Ken Smith - Broker Operations Manager

Ken Smith has been a valued member of the Hiscock team for 13 years. In his role as Broker Operations Manager, Ken is required to liaise with corporate clients and he believes that Hiscock’s success is due to their professionalism and strong team environment. Ken is a family-orientated man who is having fun getting involved with his son’s sporting interests.
