At HIB, we have developed a fast, efficient, easy way of lodging your claims. In some cases, you can lodge a claim directly with the insurer over the phone - this means you don’t have to waste time filling in forms.

The process for lodging a claim differs depending on the situation:

• For Personal insurance in many cases you can report an incident over the phone
• For Business insurance you may need to submit a claims notification form
